I think most of the page rank prediction tools provide inaccurate results.
Rusty Brick’s PageRank tool is notoriously unreliable – I’ve seen RB poke fun at the tool himself on another forum. It often tells people who have a PR0 that they will receive a PR8 at the next update – weird little things like that. The PageRank algorithm is very complicated so most people just guess at it. A better tool is available at http://livepr.ezer.com (the link at the bottom left of the page takes you there).
currently i’m using the prediction from iwebtool.com. the prediction is almost accurate and true.
