To setup the Huawei device (USB modem/datacard) for broadband connetion is not that hard. Here are the steps to set your Huawei device configuration for Celcom 3G broadband.

1. Refer to the manual on how to install the software and the driver.
2. On your desktop, there will be a Mobile Connect icon. Double click it to open Mobile Connect application.
3. If it requires PIN, enter 1234 (this is the default PIN unless you have changed the PIN). If not, just go to step no 4.
4. Go to Settings, and select Manual and select Celcom.
5. Then go to Settings again, select Choose Connection Type and choose 3G only. This is to ensure that the device will only connect to 3G network.
6. Go to Settings one more time and choose Network Connection Settings.
   i. Click New and enter the profile name. Eg: Celcom 3G.
   ii. Authetication – number: *99#; Username: <leave blank>; Password: <leave blank>
   iii. DNS Settings choose Dynamic.
   iv. APN and Additional Settings: Static; APN: celcom3g
   v. IP Settings: Dynamic
   vi. Authetication Protocol: CHAP
   vii. WINS Settings: Dynamic
7. Click on Save button and Ok to accept the configuration.
8. Finally, click Connect and start surfing with your Celcom 3G broadband.

If you don’t mind, can you do speed test and give me your highest connection speed? I just want to know how fast this Celcom broadband can go. But make sure to include in your comment whether you are using 384kbps or 3.6Mbps. Thanks.

Seems like they have been ready to take pre-orders on Optimus-103 keyboard. This product is actually has been released on 14th July 2005 but it is not available for orders until now after they said in their Livejournal that they are going to start taking the pre-orders on this 12th December 2006.

I have wrote an article about Optimus Keyboard last year (take note, it was last year – July 23rd 2005) but the article written in Malay. After a long wait, they still not yet announce when will they exact release date for the coolest keyboard. They only stated that it will out this end of 2006 but when?

But well, maybe because of they said,

We hope it will be released in 2006.

So we also can only hope that it will be released in this 2006 but when the exact date, we don’t know. Anyway, I’m sure there are many peoples want to try and use this LED keyboard. How about you?
