MIMOBOT has plenty of USB flash drive designs. Do you know, DSLRs have their own life time? It is based on how many counts of the shutter releases. When you exceeded the shutter count limit, it is time to change your DSLR with a new one or replace with a new shutter.

Almost current DSLR models put the shutter count information inside the pictures. The information is located in the pictures metadata and can only be viewed by using special software like Opanda IExif .

As you can see at the above image, the shutter count for that picture is 1706. But that picture was taken on last two weeks ago. My latest shutter count is 2096. Still young and virgin.

After you have downloaded and installed Opanda IExif, right click on your latest picture taken with your DSLR, then choose “View Iexif\GPS\IPTC with IExif”. Scroll down until you see “Total Number of Shutter Releases for Camera” and you will get your latest DSLR shutter count value.

In SSD technology, no parts are moving like the normal hard disks you are currently using. So the data is less fragile and the disk is very silent and smooth.

Other than that, the seek time and the startup time is very fast because SSD does not need to spin up until the rotation speed is achieved. Only hard disks need to spin up to ready state to start its operations.

Moving parts slow down the disk performance.

SSD can access the data randomly in the same time whatever the storage location. It also does not depend on the read/write interface head and imune to strong magnetic fields.

Because of the technology is new, the cost per gigabyte of SSD storage is very high. That is the only downside of SSD as for now. But probably, after a new data storage technology come out, the price for SSD might be cheaper and many people can afford to buy it.

New Dell Mini 9 equipped with SSD.

Currently, I am looking for a new netbook by Dell, Mini 9. This netbook is currently not officially available in Malaysia yet but we can buy from this seller for RM1175.

For your information, Mini 9 is equipped with SSD but the capacity is very, very small. I think this netbook is good for bloggers because the size is small, light and mobility. Maybe you should buy one too.

The idea is simple. Just put the combination lock to the USB connector and the data inside the USB have been protected physically.

But in my opinion, it is not as secure as you might think because I was successfully cracked a combination lock by bruteforcing it. It just took about 20 minutes to turn the combination and unlocked my uncle’s briefcase. Don’t think me wrong. My uncle forgot his briefcase combination and I helped him to recover it. Seriously, it is easy to unlock but takes a lot of time to bruteforce.

So, the better way to protect your data is by using encryption like TrueCrypt. You can read my review here.

Today, in our technology daily life, you can use a modern way to fall asleep. Just listening to a nice music with some audio combination, you can get a good and quality sleep easily.

Pzizz is a software that will generate a sound based on the module you choose. There are two modules available which is, Energizer and Sleep module. Both of them are audio but their purpose is different. While in the session, you will hear many nice tones like hearing wave at the sea shore, birds chirping, and other musics. It is really enjoyable listening to the audio. Both modules can be extracted out into soundtracks. So you can put the audio files into your MP3 player or handset and listen to the audio when you want to get into sleep or just taking a short nap. I have made my own review about this software. The Energizer module is use if you want to get a good quality short nap. When you listening to this module, you will be brought into a 20 minutes session where you will clear your mind and at the same time you will feel very relax even you just taking 20 minutes nap. This module will energize back your energy so when you woke up, you will feel more energized. Don’t worry if you fall asleep during the session because at the end of the module, there will be alarm beeps and I am sure you will wake up when you heard that sound. It is happend to me so many times.

The second one is Sleep module. This Sleep module is use when you want get into sleep at night or any other time when you want to get sleep. This module is 60 minutes long and I never get a chance to hear the full length because in the middle of the session, I fall asleep already. :d

My review

I have been given a free copy of these two modules to write this review. I have tested both modules for more than one week and the result is really amazing. Here is what I felt during both sessions.

While you are listening to the audio, you will feel more relax, calm and smooth. You will feel every organs in your body is relax and they are likely going into their rest mode. Even sometimes I felt like my heart wants to stop beating but I fight it back so my heart will keep beating all the time. Yeah, that is the dangerous part if every your organ want to get rest. So be careful.

In your mind, you will feel enjoyable. Everything is nice. When you hear the wave sound, you will feel like you are at the beach. When you hear birds chirping, you will feel that you are in a very nice forest with colourful of birds near you. It was really a calm moment. And suddenly, without you ever notice, you will fall to sleep. The next morning when you woke up, you will feel great. That is what I felt when using Pzizz to sleep.

So, if you want to feel the moment, go get the software and buy the modules. And you will know why I really wanted you guys to get Pzizz. It is really useful especially for those who having troubles to get good and quality sleep.

The purpose Malaysia release this Makcik PC is because we want to reduce the technology gaps between town and outside-town areas. We want all Malaysians will able to have a PC in home. Maybe that is why MIMOS want to use Makcik PC for the branding because their targeted customers are peoples who live outside town.

But I am still thinking that the price is not cheap. As we know, not many peoples who live in village and outside town have high incomes. Maybe they need to reduce the price a little bit if they really want all Malaysians can afford a PC. Anyway, I still support Malaysia even we called this slimmest PC in the world as Makcik PC. I know it is not easy to develop a PC by our own. But at least we have something that we can start with. Maybe after this we can do more researches and develop an advance PC based from Makcik PC.

I use the keyword “nseries blog” and found my website at the 8th rank in the first result page. It is really fast for Google to detect new website and I hope this website will get good PR so the rank will be higher in the future.

What is My Nseries Blog?

My Nseries Blog is my new and my 5th website which will focus on Nokia Nseries phones. This website is currently in development and there are many things need to be improved. The current theme is K2 but it is just for temporary only. I will using my own custom made theme next month because I don’t have time to create one now. The categories are not yet decided. If you have any idea, please email me or leave them in the comment below. Right now, I am thinking to categorize them by models and each model will have their own sub-category such as tips & tricks, applications, themes, etc.

I decided to open new website after I bought my own new phone Nokia N73 Music Edition. I thought I want to blog about N73 but the topic will get smaller and smaller when Nokia released new models in the future. And I might end up of nothing to blog about. Then I changed my mind to blog about Nseries models. There are not many peoples who blog about Nseries. Most of them blog about specific model like www.n95blog.com. It is good blog to read though.

Although the website is still new, but I have setup the RSS feed just incase you, the Nseries geeks, want to subscribe it. Here is the URL for RSS feed and email link subscription if you want to subscribe via email.
