Since I posted several articles on P1 Wimax problems and how to solve them, many readers thought that I am one of their P1 Wimax staff.

It’s kinda funny though because I got many complaints and questions asking about P1 Wimax. Even some of them were angry with me and asked with rude words! LOL~!

Well my dear readers and friends… I would like to announce that I am not P1 Wimax staff! I repeat. I am not P1 Wimax staff, agent, or their affiliate.

I’m just their customer (just like you), who pays RM129 monthly, subscribe P1 Wimax services, and became their customer since 2008.

If you asked me about technical questions that I can answer, then I will try and help you. But if you asked me about administration questions such as your P1 Wimax login details, change your service package, etc, etc, I will pass you to their customer support at, @p1cares.

My new hobby is Photography

I already said in my previous post that I just bought a Nikon D90 a few weeks back. When having a DSLR, I really like to go outside and shoot something to brush up my skills in photography.

But it does not mean that I will leave my blogging world. I will still blogging but not active and frequent like before. I will only blog if the issues or news are very interesting which caught my attention.

Last weekend, I went to Putrajaya together with my family. Actually I want to take the night sceenery of Putrajaya but because we arrived early, so here are the results.

I have bought my first DSLR a week ago and right now, I really like to go outside to ‘shoot’ things with the camera. I choose Nikon because it receives many good responses from reviewers and also DSLR photographers.

I use Flickr as my online photo gallery. You can view my uploaded photos at my Flickr account, CypherDigicam. If you have a Flickr account, please add me as your contact so I can view your photos too. So far, I have about 180 pictures in my Flickr account.

Yesterday, I went to Taman Burung Kuala Lumpur and took many pictures there. But unfortunately, it was raining so many of the birds were getting wet and look not so interesting and beautiful.

Next shoot outing might be Zoo Negara or maybe Putrajaya. Want to join?

Nervous in public speaking is normal

In less than a month, I will present my final year project and do demonstration at in front of many lecturers and students. Of course I will get nervous and so freak out to do the public speaking. Especially when people asking you questions that you can’t answer.

It is normal to get nervous when you do public speaking. Even professional people who have do public speaking so many times also got nervous. The video that I will show to you has nothing to do with politician but just want to show you that nervous is always happen to people. So just face it.

As I said earlier, it has nothing to do with politician. Nervous always happen to people. What you need to do is prepared well and know very deep about what you want to say. Lastly, wish me good luck for my final year project presentation.

Welcome Ubuntu Newbie Malaysia!

Lets celebrate!!! I just want to announce that I have finished setup Ubuntu Newbie Malaysia yesterday. Ubuntu Newbie Malaysia is a website or I can say like a blog which focus on Ubuntu (remember, the pronunciation is ooo-boo-too). Everything is written in Malay because I target Malaysian audience.

If you are new in Ubuntu, or want to learn how to use Ubuntu, you can come to my website. Don’t be shy because I am also new in Ubuntu. Everything that I learn or what I do with my Ubuntu will be shared on the website. If you want to subscribe the site feed, you can copy and paste this RSS link or you can subscribe via email.

I had to use www.iamnewbie.net as the domain name because Ubuntu does not allow any website even personal website to have ubuntu or buntu on the domain. If not, I have choose a very catchy domain name that I am sure will attract more visitors. Anyway, if you decided to open new website that focus on Ubuntu, I suggest you to contact trademarks@ubuntu.com first. Ask them if any of your site materials will violate their trademark or not. I am sure you will not be happy if you get sued by them, right?

Received PB debit card, Paypal verified!

After waiting so long, at last, I got my own Public Bank Visa Electron debit card. Ha3. I took it from Public Bank Skudai branch last Friday.

Sorry… The pic is not so clear.

And I also had verified my paypal account. So if you want to donate some money to me, wait no more, just send it to my paypal email account. Lol…

I’m not sure what other things can I do with this card. I applied it just to verify my paypal account only. After my account got verified, what’s next? Owh…maybe I can start buying stuffs online. Have any ideas? Ha3. :d

But wait, I have something that I want to share to my fellow Malaysian readers and those who know how to read in Malay. There is an ebook from Wizurai on how you can verify your Paypal account by using Public Bank debit card and NexG MasterCard Ambank. This ebook is written in Malay and I’m sure it will make you more easier to understand it. I also learn to verify my paypal account from it.

CypherFS Orange for myCypherHackz.Net

I just finished make a new theme for my personal blog. I named it CypherFS Orange. Why orange? Because I use orange as its main colour. Lol…

Actually I can finish up this theme earlier but because of I was busy with my stuffs, my studies, so I had to put a side the development and focus on my works. But know what, I’m almost forgot about the theme until I visited my friend’s website. He is also just created his new theme and his theme is kinda clean and smart.

6 weird things about me

I have been tagged by Vincent Chow. It is about six weird things about myself. But first, here is the rules of this tagging game.

Each player of this game starts out by giving 6 weird things about themselves. People who get tagged need to write in a blog of their own 6 weird things as well as state the rules clearly. In the end, you need to choose 6 people to be tagged and list their names. After you do that, leave them each a comment letting them know you tagged them and to read your blog!

So, here is my list:

1. I eat a lot but I’m thin
Yeah, although I eat a lot, eat chocolates, eat anything that can be eaten, my body still maintain like I’m currently now. No fat, no sickness, nothing. I’m healthy.

2. Love chocolates
I love chocolates. Last time on my birthday, my girlfriend gave me chocolates and a watch as gifts. I really like it. Lol…

3. Put pillow on my face when sleep
Before I’m fall asleep, I will put pillow on my face (of course not covers my nose) and then I can continue my sleep.

4. Do small business
Lol… Although I’m currently study at UTM, I still do some small business by selling junk foods at blocks. Does anybody want some? :p

5. I don’t like football/soccer
I’m not really good in this sport. Thats why I don’t like it, even the pc games. So don’t ask me when will be the next match of this team against this team. Or you will hear, “I don’t know”.

Got the connection but…

Just a short post to say I’m sorry for no updates more than a week. It was all because of the internet access.

But right now, I have got the access but the connection is damn slow. I mean damn slow is toooooo slow. When I want to open a website, it took about 3 minutes and even more to finish render the page. And sometimes it hang up while loading. The connection that I got is differ from the previous semester. The previous network is much much more faster than this and it does not requires proxy to connect.

And I’m also sorry if I can’t reply your emails or comments. The unstable connection sometimes make me mad. But there is nothing that I can do. I hope my internet provider will improve the connection as soon as possible. Maybe I will have a slow talk with him and ask him to open back the previous network for us.

Btw, does anyone know how to bypass proxy so I can use my voice chat ym? He3. :d

No Updates will make your site loose in Visitors

Maybe some of you wonder why there are no updates in my website recently. This is because the internet connection in my room has been terminated and I need to renew it for this second semester. But the bad news is, the internet provider in my college not yet open their business for this semester. So I cannot renew it right now. I’m not sure when they will open back the internet. Hopefully as soon as possible so I don’t have to wait any more longer. And this post was make from my friend’s comp who is have internet connection.

This had happen to my site many times. When there are no updates, your site will loose in visitors. Via the reports from WordPress Reports plugin, I can see the decreasing of visits and pageviews when there is no update on my site. Keep updating your site regularly will attract more visitors to your website. But how? When you update your website, as in WordPress, it will automatically ping your new content to Pingomatic. And Pingomatic will ping it to various websites to notice them that your site had updated. From that, people will know about the new published content and will come to your site to read it.

And don’t forget to ask them to be loyal readers by subscribing to your site feed. As you may noticed, in every single page of my post, I included a linked image to my RSS feed. With this, new readers that interested with your site will click on the link to subscribe to your site feed. So, the readers will get latest update in their feed aggregator when you post new content to your website.

I have make a post about how to subscribe RSS feed from FeedReader, a free RSS aggregator that you can use to subscribe and read RSS feed. This RSS reader is easy to use and the file size is small. If you have some money to spend, you can use FeedDemon instead. FeedDemon is another feed aggregator that works great and I currently using it right now.

Because of no internet access, I have make some draft posts by using Blogdesk (read my review). I hope I will get the internet on next week, so I can publish them to my site. Till then. See ya later…
