i am having the same problem this months, when i went to the WU they said your MTCN is incorrect.
This is bloody ridiculous.

i am very much disappointed on GOOGLE about this problem :S

Yeah. Western union has new adsense payment on my country. i check it on 3 bank, but still can not open. still wait for credit back again…
