That&#039;s what happens when you neglect disk maintenance and  fragmentation takes root in your drive. Fragmentation begets fragmentation of newer files, so its important to nip this disease in the bud before it &#039;spreads&#039;.

I bet, if that user had installed an automatic defragmenter, it would have nevercome to this. In fact, an automatic defragmenter tackles fragmentation as it rises, so drives don&#039;t stay fragmented (and that too just a little, if at all) for very long after the initial defrag.</description>

		<description>Wow, that looks like its totally crapped! My drives are in great condition, and i dont do a thing, Diskeeper does the defragging in the background automatically. Worth the money, very nice program.</description>
