What I don’t like about this email is, its reveal other participants email address in it. There are about 50 email addresses found in the email. Some might think that it is not a big deal. Just email addresses. What you should care about it?

I know many of you have registered with Stumbleupon. I also already have the account. You can see my Stumbleupon page at http://cypherhackz.stumbleupon.com. I am not a good stumbler but I use Stumbleupon just to find interesting websites which have been stumbled by other Stumbleupon members.

But do you know how many traffic you will get if your post got stumbled by someone? One of my post was once stumbled and the traffics I got was very extremely high. Over 5000 hits I received on that day. It was the first time I got 5000 traffics just in one day.

How to get stumbled?

Good content. Yes, that is the answer for that simple question. Write a good content and your post might get stumbled by someone who likes your post.

But how good is a good content is? It is depend on the way the reader see your writing. Some might look your writing is dull and not interesting but some might think that your post is very helpful. Very informative and energetic. Therefore, you need to write something that is far way better and unique than the others.

picotux

While I was stumbling the Internet, I stumbled on to Picotux website. When the first time I saw the pic above, I thought it was just a connector that we can use on our PC. But after I read the description below it, I am so impressed!

Picotux 100 is the smallest Linux computer in the world. With 35mm×19mm×19mm in size it uses uClinux 2.4.27 Big Endian as its operating system. It built with 8Mb SDRAM and 55Mhz processor to run the OS.

There are many web directories out there. Some of them are paid directories and some are free directories. Both will give you the backlinks you want. To submit your website to directories is not easy like you think. You need an effort, time, money (if you choose to submit to paid directories), and ready to get rejected if you neglected the guidelines. So here are my tips on how to submit your websites to directories.

1. Paid directories or free directories

As we know, both will give us the backlinks to our website. The only difference is we need to pay some amount of money for paid directories. It depends on you to choose. Usually paid directories have good quality of links and have good PR on their inner pages. That is why they can charge you for each link you submitted.

But if you don’t have money or don’t like to pay just to have a link to a web directory, you can choose free directories. Some require you to put a reciprocal link on your website and some are not. For me, I will choose free directories which do not require putting a reciprocal link. There are many free directories which give free submission. At the end of this entry, I have listed some of web directories that give you free submission without reciprocal link.

Just received good news from Menj. He said that Google is on their way in updating website PR and my website is granted with PR3. I was shocked when he told me about it. He gave me the link to check the PR. I was so excited but when I checked the result, hurm…all datacenters were showing N/A.

But then after about 3 hours later, I went back to that page and bump! it displays 3 for my website. Although other datacenters display N/A but there are some datacenters showing 3 for CypherHackz.Net.

I expected I will get back my PR5 but I only get PR3. Well it is not too bad. Atleast Google has give back the PR after been penalised by them for selling text link ads. Now what I need to do is to get more backlinks.

How about you guys? Have any good news?

I am very a systematic person (I guess I am). If something is not in order, I will rearrange it. This also apply to my drives letter in My Computer. Sometimes my Windows XP will change my USB drive letter and not in alphabetically order. Sometimes the Mobile Connect drive letter is J: and sometimes it is K:. Depending on which device it detects first.

how-to-change-drive-01

I prefer for the Mobile Connect drive letter to stick with J: so if I insert a thumb drive, Windows will set the drive letter accordingly. J:, K:, L: and so on. But if Mobile Connect drive letter is not J:, I will change the drive letter by using Computer Managementtool.

manage-gmail-06

I have some GMail accounts and some other email accounts that I created from my cPanel. To manage and check the email accounts one by one is time consuming. Therefore, I use my primary GMail account to handle all the accounts. So I can read all the emails and send emails from that account only. I even can choose which email account that I want to use when I want to send an email. If you want to know how, here is how to do it.
