Cypher: Create a strong password but still can be remembered. For an example, you want to make a password with â€œcypherhackzâ€. You can change it into â€œcyph3rh4c|

I’ve a post on how to create a genuinely secure password. You might want to take a look on what constitute a secure one.

If you have acess to the machine it can be compromised very easily.Here are some tools for reseting the administrators password in Windows.As I said before if you have physical acess to a system it is compromised.
