My employer has told me that I won't be working in the place I was when I left as they have too many staff there now (3 members of which were employed after I went on leave) Instead they want to put me in another area. I work in a Holiday village I was working in a poolside cafe when I left and they want to place me in a pub doing late night bar work. As far as I'm aware I have to return to exactly the same job I did before I left, so surely they have to put me back in the same place. Help please! If I can't go back to job I left I don't want to go back at all. Ps. I took OML and AML but not the full AML I've had 9 months off altogether. I’m going back to work next month.
