Basically, they suggested that FireFox has approximately 100 million users, and that companies can no longer afford to simply design sites for Microsoft-based browsers exclusively. It was suggested that businesses recognize the growth of this new browser and make sure their websites are compatible with it. I've used Opera before and I like it as well.
